In particular, Alternative Bookshop Online will not distribute material that has any sexist, homophobic, pornographic (as opposed to erotic), racist or fascist content.

Alternative Bookshop Online reserves the right not to offer for sale or to withdraw from sale publications which contravene these guidelines.

Terms and Conditions
By using the Alternative Bookshop Online website the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

It is only the publications in the Alternative Bookshop Online catalogue that are being offered for sale.

The publications offered for sale are new, not secondhand, are and the latest editions available.

Confirmation of orders is made by email.

Customers can cancel an order within seven days of it being placed by notifying Alternative Bookshop Online.

If the order has already been despatched by the Supplier(s) then the Customer must pay the cost of returning the publications(s) to the Supplier(s). The publications must be returned in new condition. If these conditions are met then Alternative Bookshop Online will refund to the Customer the cost of the order minus any postal charges incurred by the Supplier(s).

Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred by the despatch of an order.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the publication (s) requested will be admitted to the country to which the customer has requested the order be sent. Alternative Bookshop Online does not accept responsibility for any orders that are impounded.

People accessing this site must not use it in any way that causes damage to it or restricts access to it.

People accessing this site must not use it to carry out any unlawful or illegal activities. Any material submitted to the site can be used by Alternative Bookshop Online at the discretion of the site owner without it incurring any financial or legal obligations to the persons and organisations submitting such material.
